Responsibilities

• As a Junior Technical Officer - PLM (Warehouse & Stores), you will:
• Maintain stock rooms according to aviation standards and Agile Airport Services guidelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and TPM procedures for stock room operations and environmental controls.
• Safely store items in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines and in optimal condition.
• Manage material transactions and accurately record them in the system.
• Implement shelf life control measures to prevent the use of expired aircraft parts.
• Authorize and document material movements accurately.
• Issue consignment stocks following FIFO principles.
• Oversee tool and equipment calibration/periodic checks.
• Provide material logistics support for both planned and unplanned tasks.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Forward invoices for timely payment and compliance with PLM procedures.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in aviation or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of aviation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
