Role Description The Warehouse Executive role at Ninjacart is a full-time, on-site position based in Madhavaram. The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and packing agricultural products according to quality and safety standards. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, updating records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate dispatches. The Warehouse Executive will also assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes. The position requires regular interaction with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and uphold service and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong warehouse operations skills, including Warehouse Management and Inventory Control.
• Candidates should possess hands-on execution skills, including Packing and basic material handling practices.
• Candidates should possess interpersonal and front-line interaction skills, including Communication and Customer Service.
• Candidates should have the ability to follow safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in agritech, FMCG, or retail sectors.
• Candidates should be comfortable with basic computer or mobile applications for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
