Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Management: Oversee and manage warehouse operations at Shinsung Petrochemical Pvt. Ltd., ensuring adherence to company policies and strategic goals.
• Operational Supervision: Direct and coordinate the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Layout Optimization: Design and implement efficient space utilization layouts within the warehouse.
• Policy Enforcement: Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures in line with Shinsung Petrochemical Pvt. Ltd.’s standards.
• Standards Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and safety (3C & 5S) throughout the warehouse.
• Stock Control: Efficiently manage stock control, reconciling inventory data with storage systems.
• Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office to manage team coordination and operational tasks.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational challenges, contributing to the continuous improvement of warehouse performance.
• Team Management: Supervise warehouse staff and ensure effective manpower management.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on warehouse operations and performance to senior management at Shinsung Petrochemical Pvt. Ltd.
  
  

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Graduation or equivalent; prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Experience: Experience in managing warehouse operations or similar roles is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role at Shinsung Petrochemical Pvt. Ltd.
• Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office applications and warehouse management systems.
• Safety Standards: Knowledge of 3C & 5S safety standards and their implementation in warehouse settings.
