Gramik is looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, and last-mile logistics.

📍 Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

⏳ Experience: 4–7 Years

⚡ Joining: Immediate to 30 Days

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations – inward, GRN, storage, picking, packing & dispatch
• Ensure 99%+ inventory accuracy with proper batch & expiry tracking
• Drive fast order fulfilment and on-time deliveries
• Handle transporters, logistics partners & route planning
• Control RTO, NDR, damages & logistics costs
• Lead warehouse teams & ensure SOP adherence
• Track daily KPIs and MIS
  
  

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce / FMCG / Agri / Distribution
• Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS & inventory systems
• Hands-on, data-driven, and strong team management skills
