JOB DESCRIPTION FOR 3A:

Role Summary:

Provide independent assurance that dispute submissions meet card-network standardsaccurate reason-code mapping, CE completeness, narrative quality, and control adherencewhile driving CAPA and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Quality Assurance:

• Risk-based sampling across chargeback representment pre-arb arbitration.
• Validate CE completeness, privacy adherence, and evidence integrity per reason code.

B. CAPA & SOPs:

• Analyze network decisions to identify error trends; drive structured CAPA to closure.
• Maintain rule-aligned SOPs; sign off on changes from Ops/SMEs.

C. Audit & Reporting:

• Prepare audit packs; support internal/external/acquirer audits.
• Publish QA dashboards (defects, top error themes, SLA/TAT risks).

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of VCR/MDR reason-codes & evidence matrices; meticulous documentation.
• Familiarity with VROL/Mastercom and CRM; intermediate Excel.
• Neutral, outcome-focused communication style.
