VP - Project Manager | Regulatory and sustainability change | Pune

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager within the Regulatory and Sustainability Change portfolio to lead end-to-end delivery of medium to highly complex projects while ensuring alignment across global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full project lifecycle – initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, business case, resources, and expected outcomes.
• Act as the primary delivery owner, coordinating with stakeholders across UK, India, and global teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring visibility of project status, risks, and benefits.
• Forecast resource and cost requirements, managing budgets and change controls where required.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, documentation standards, and change management processes.
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement within the project management community.
• Support handover to BAU teams and ensure benefits realization post project completion.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and global collaboration experience.
• Experience with project governance frameworks, RAID management, and change management practices.
