This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Finance at Nilachal Carbo Metalicks Limited, located in Bhubaneswar. The VP of Finance will oversee financial planning, manage the preparation of financial statements, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The role involves leading and directing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic insights to achieve organizational goals.

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Statements
• Strong knowledge in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and drive strategic decisions
• Experience with Financial Reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and mentor a financial team
• Proficiency in financial systems, software, and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
