Voice Process

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to contact potential or existing customers over the phone, promote products or services, handle inquiries, and generate leads or sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Receive inbound calls and respond to customer queries
• Promote company products or services effectively
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (as per role)
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
• Handle objections professionally and escalate issues when required
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call or sales targets
