Job Description

Conduct structured outbound calls and send structured outbound emails to confirm or collect missing project data in a timely manner (including follow-ups after voicemail).
Review, interpret, and validate information from construction documents and external sources, including business articles, permits, RFPs, specifications, zoning approvals, meeting minutes, and agendas.
Validate complex project attributes, including scope, valuation, timelines, and stakeholder roles, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Draft clear, concise, and professional emails requesting specific information or clarifications from stakeholders.
Update IRIS and other internal systems with validated and verified information.
Identify data errors, inconsistencies, and duplicate projects; resolve independently or escalate as appropriate.
Adhere to established SOPs, naming conventions, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Maintain accountability for performance metrics, including accuracy, timeliness, and productivity across multiple data-collection methods
