Voice & AI Engineer | Voice Bots, IVR & Conversational AI | Backend (Python/Node/Java)

We're hiring a Voice & AI Engineer to build and scale intelligent voice solutions used by real customers in production.

If you've built voice bots, IVR flows, or AI-powered call experiences — and you're equally comfortable writing backend services as you are debugging a live call issue at 2am — this is your role.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain voice bots, IVR systems, and AI-driven call flows
• Integrate STT, TTS, and conversational AI into production systems
• Improve call accuracy, latency, and voice quality at scale
• Build backend services powering voice/AI workflows
• Integrate with telephony systems, CRMs, and third-party platforms
• Own production debugging and customer implementation support

What you need:

• Strong hands-on experience with voice or telephony systems
• Backend development experience — Python, Node.js, or Java
• Experience with APIs and cloud-based systems
• Understanding of conversational AI (intents, flows, context)
• Comfort debugging live production issues

Nice to have:

• Contact center / customer support voice systems experience
• AI/ML or LLM exposure
• SaaS/B2B product background
• Multilingual or large-scale voice deployment experience
