Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based candidates regarding job opportunities.
- Receive inbound calls and respond to candidate inquiries professionally.
- Ensure a positive candidate/Clients experience through timely communication.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and productivity targets.
- Strong objection handlings skills are MUST
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in US Non-IT Staffing with extensive voice process experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills .
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and staffing industry.
- Experience working with ATS, CRM, and job portals.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
