We are looking for someone who will protect and shape that alignment.


We are hiring a Visual Experience Designer β€” the Guardian of the Brand Experience.


This is a role for someone who believes visual communication is not decoration β€” it is meaning, memory, and identity.


Your Role

You will hold the visual voice of the brand.


From Instagram to unboxing.

From campaign moodboards to website banners.

From typography to tactile packaging details.


You will ensure that every interaction feels cohesive, elevated, and unmistakably Lehenga Love Story.


What You Will Shape


Art Direction & Visual Storytelling

  • Translate collection themes into immersive visual narratives
  • Build moodboards that articulate tone, emotion, and atmosphere
  • Conceptualise and guide photoshoots with clarity and aesthetic conviction
  • Ensure consistency in colour systems, typography, and visual rhythm
  • You must think in stories, not standalone posts.


Digital Presence & Campaign Design

  • Craft refined social media visuals and campaign launches
  • Build cohesive feed aesthetics with narrative continuity
  • Design layouts, carousels, and creative assets that feel intentional
  • Maintain visual discipline across all digital platforms


Packaging & Tactile Brand Moments

  • Design packaging elements that feel premium and considered
  • Shape the unboxing experience as a meaningful ritual
  • Create printed inserts, tags, keepsakes, and small details that elevate the moment
  • Ensure every physical touchpoint carries emotional weight


Experience Design & Brand Journey

  • Think beyond visuals β€” think experience
  • Map and maintain visual coherence across the full journey:
  • Discovery β†’ Website β†’ Consultation β†’ Purchase β†’ Delivery β†’ After-care
  • Design website graphics and digital assets
  • (Bonus) Contribute to UI/UX improvements that enhance clarity and elegance
  • Identify micro-moments that can transform a transaction into an experience


Who You Are

  • A visual thinker with a deep passion for storytelling
  • Someone who cares about restraint, detail, and refinement
  • A designer who sees brand-building as system-building
  • Comfortable holding creative vision while executing hands-on
  • Emotionally invested in creating meaningful experiences

You are not just designing β€” you are shaping perception.


Ideal Background

  • 2–5 years in visual design, brand design, or art direction
  • A portfolio that demonstrates narrative-led and brand-consistent work
  • Experience building moodboards and guiding or assisting in shoots
  • Proficiency in Figma / Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fashion, lifestyle, or premium D2C exposure preferred

Bonus: UI/UX or digital experience design exposure.
