Visual Designer

At Design Pond, we believe design is more than aesthetics. It is a way of organising information, communicating ideas, and shaping how people experience brands.

We’re looking for a visual designer with a strong foundation in typography, layout, visual systems and information design.

• Graduate in design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a branding studio, design consultancy, or advertising agency.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, grids, hierarchy, colour and composition.
• Experience designing for both print and digital media.
• A portfolio that reflects strong craft, attention to detail, and thoughtful design thinking.

• Brand identities and communication systems
• Corporate presentations, annual reports and publications
• Brochures and marketing communication
• Website layouts and digital interfaces
• Information design and visual storytelling

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just make things look good, but understands how design communicates, simplifies and influences decisions.
