Visual Designer

Synopsis: We are looking for a talented and experienced Visual Designer with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, an understanding of visual storytelling, and experience working with both agencies and in-house teams. The Visual Designer will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and enhance user experience across various platforms.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with in-house teams and external agencies to develop creative visual designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media assets, advertisements, presentations, and more.

● Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.

● Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to translate business objectives into visually appealing designs.

● Create high-quality design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.

● Provide design solutions that balance creativity with functionality and user experience.

● Revise and iterate designs based on feedback, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and project timelines.

● Stay updated with design trends and tools to ensure the company maintains a modern and innovative visual identity.

● Ensure that all designs are scalable, responsive, and adaptable to different platforms and devices.

Requirements:

● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Visual Designer, with proven expertise in both digital and print design.

● Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and experience in creating impactful visual designs.

● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

● Experience in creating animations, video editing, and motion graphics.

● Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

● Experience collaborating with both in-house teams and external agencies on design projects.

● Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

● A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
