Photography Specialist Position: Photography Specialist Department: Marketing / Creative / Media Location: On-site / Hybrid - Mumbai Experience: 2-4 years About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Photography Specialist to capture high-quality images that align with our brand standards and marketing goals. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and editing tools, along with a creative eye for detail and storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Capture high-quality photos for marketing, product showcases, events, social media, and branding activities. Plan photoshoots, including concept development, location scouting, lighting setup, and equipment preparation. Edit and retouch photos using professional software (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) to ensure brand consistency. Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements. Maintain and manage all photography equipment and studio setup. Ensure timely delivery of edited images as per project deadlines. Maintain an organized library of image assets for easy access. Stay updated with photography trends, new techniques, and industry standards. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Photographer / Photography Specialist. Should have its own equipment like DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and studio tools. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom). Creative mindset with attention to detail and composition. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. Good communication and teamwork skills. Portfolio showcasing previous photography work (mandatory).
