Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visiting Faculty role based in Bengaluru South, focused on Quality Assurance, Reasoning, and Verbal Ability instruction. The faculty member will design and deliver classroom sessions, workshops, and practice modules that strengthen learners’ logical reasoning, analytical skills, and verbal aptitude for various competitive exams. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality lesson plans, creating and reviewing questions and study material, evaluating student performance through tests and assignments, and providing constructive feedback to support improvement. The faculty will collaborate with academic coordinators to align content with exam patterns, maintain academic rigor, and participate in curriculum enhancement initiatives. The role also involves mentoring learners, addressing doubts in and beyond the classroom, and contributing to a disciplined, learner-centric academic environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong command of verbal ability, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and written communication.
  • Proficiency in logical and analytical reasoning, including quantitative reasoning, data interpretation, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in academic content creation, question-setting, and quality assurance for test-prep or similar educational programs.
  • Prior classroom teaching, training, or coaching experience for competitive exams is highly preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field (such as English, Education, Management, Engineering, or related disciplines).
  • Comfort with using basic educational technology and digital tools to support teaching and assessment.
  • Commitment to learner success, ethical academic practices, and continuous professional development.
