Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as part of NXTGEN’s paid Virtual Training Program. The participant will undergo hands-on training to develop essential professional and instructional skills. Day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with the design and delivery of training modules, collaborating with team members, supporting learners during virtual sessions, and engaging in practical tasks to ensure the highest learner experience standards. This program provides a unique opportunity to learn and contribute in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience or interest in Training, Training & Development
• Knowledge of Instructional Design principles is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
• Proficiency with virtual learning tools and platforms is preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
