We’re looking for a Virtual Marketing Confirmer who will be an operational ambassador to ensure the seamless execution of virtual tours that power our expanding portfolio. Your Impact

  • Coordinate and verify all details of finalized virtual tour packages and reservations to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Partner with owners to walk them through necessary technology setups and software requirements for their digital engagement.
  • Implement technical solutions by troubleshooting connectivity or platform access issues prior to tour starts.
  • Manage data and metrics by accurately entering and updating reservation information within company systems.
  • Establish professional rapport with participants to build excitement and confidence in the virtual process.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service or virtual support environment.
  • Proven track record of solving practical problems related to scheduling conflicts or technical hurdles.
  • Strength in technical aptitude and proficiency in systems such as SPI, Excel, Jag, Max, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and interact with others via telephone, with strong skills in listening and establishing rapport.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain discretion with confidential information.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
