Location: Goa, India Employment Type: Full-Time,? Onsite POSITION OVERVIEW The Villa Manager will oversee the daily operations and guest experience across multiple villa properties in Goa. This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual who can manage teams, maintain property standards, ensure smooth guest stays, and embody the brand?s values of warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is a natural host with a strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Guest Experience & Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for guests from check-in to check-out. Ensure a seamless, personalized, and responsive guest experience. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues swiftly and professionally. Maintain high standards of hospitality, representing Serai Villas? brand values at all times. Operations & Property Management Oversee the upkeep, cleanliness, and functionality of all villas under management. Conduct regular inspections to ensure maintenance, housekeeping, and amenities meet brand standards. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and external vendors for timely service delivery. Implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure prompt repairs. Team Management Lead, train, and motivate villa staff (housekeepers, attendants, maintenance personnel). Foster a positive team environment focused on service excellence and accountability. Schedule and supervise daily tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Coordinate with the sales team for smoot guest handover and? Coordinate with the accounts team for smooth monthly book keeping.? Administration & Coordination Manage inventory, supplies, and procurement for villa operations. Maintain operational reports, expense tracking, and guest feedback records. Collaborate with central management on process improvements, guest experience innovations, and sustainability practices. Growth & Development Demonstrate initiative in improving operations and guest satisfaction. Contribute ideas for revenue enhancement, guest loyalty, and local partnerships. Grow with the brand, taking on increasing responsibility as Serai expands. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor?s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in villa, resort, or boutique hotel management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi, Konkani, or regional languages a plus. Hands-on operational mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Polished and professional demeanor, capable of representing a luxury brand. Tech-savvy and comfortable using property management systems or communication tools.
