Schroeder & Tremayne, Inc. is a family-owned consumer products company that creates innovative solutions to everyday dilemmas! We design, develop, market, and distribute our product lines to some of the largest retailers around the world. Our product collections center around home & housewares, impulse, pet, health & beauty, and automotive appearance accessories. We own two brands: Aura by S&T and VIKING Car Care. This position will be working on the Aura team.

What You Will Be Doing:

Producing stand-out, high-quality video content to bring both the Aura brand and our products to life and drive sales.

Our products are functional, so it is essential the videos see the product in action while also telling the “story” and “solving a problem.”

Responsibilities

You will be working directly with our Content Team, Product Team, and Social Media team for all steps of the pre- and post-production process. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Video creation for our Shopify website and eCommerce platforms: Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Create short product videos that tell a story in less than 30 seconds
• Capture and understand the power of UGC
• Deploy video for the purpose of social, product detail pages, paid advertising, and product line reviews
• Sorting and organizing videos and photos post shoot
• Responsible for shooting and capturing product photography during all photo shoots
• Media management and organization including back-ups to our server
• Creating Rough Cuts for review by Content and Social Teams
• Working with Product Managers, Content and Social Teams to collaborate on ideas for production and editing
• Integrating assets from our Graphics team
• Ensuring adherence to the style guide
• Some editing may be required (including color correction, removing backgrounds, and any Photoshop work)

Qualifications and Skills

What We Need:

• A desire to learn and share knowledge
• Proven record of video content creation
• Collaborator
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Proficient experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite
• Thorough knowledge of Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Knowledge of After Effects a plus
• Strong project/file organization
• A keen eye for the fundamentals of design
• A willingness to take on responsibilities outside of your job description.
• The ability to switch gears on the fly based on project needs or deadlines.
• Desire to assimilate into a tight knit team
• Interest in or exposure/appreciation for vehicles and/or their style/appearance is a plus.
