Human Resources Specialist:

This is a volunteer remote role for a Human Resources Specialist at Pixel Games Studios. The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting our team by managing talent acquisition, onboarding new members, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Coordinating with department leads to fill project needs. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, assisting with team communication, and organizing team-building activities.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in human resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with team members
• Employee Relations: Proven ability to handle sensitive situations, conflict resolution, and internal investigations with discretion.
• Strong integrity and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but experience is key.
