Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Vadodara. The Video Editor will plan, produce, and edit video content that showcases Windowmaker’s products, solutions, and brand for marketing, training, and internal communication purposes. Responsibilities include assembling raw footage, applying color grading, adding motion graphics and titles, and ensuring visual consistency across projects. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams on storyboards, managing assets and version control, and optimizing videos for various digital channels. The Video Editor will maintain high production standards while meeting deadlines and adapting content to different audiences and formats.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience in end-to-end video workflow.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals.
• Ability to create Motion Graphics and work with Graphics for titles, overlays, and visual enhancements.
• Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Good understanding of digital video formats, aspect ratios, frame rates, and export settings for web and social media.
• Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Vadodara.
• Relevant training or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
