Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Lucknow. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into polished, engaging content for digital campaigns, social media, and brand promotions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to understand project objectives, applying color grading, adding motion graphics, and integrating visual assets to enhance storytelling. The role also involves optimizing video formats for different platforms, maintaining brand consistency across all video content, and managing file organization and backups. The Video Editor is expected to contribute creative ideas, meet project deadlines, and support continuous improvement in video quality and production workflows.
Qualifications
  • Strong video editing skills, including Video Editing and Video Production, with experience in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tones that align with brand guidelines.
  • Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics for intros, transitions, overlays, and social media content.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and how video content supports campaigns across social media and web platforms.
  • Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and an eye for composition, pacing, and sound synchronization.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with creative, design, and marketing teams on-site.
  • Prior experience as a Video Editor in an agency or digital marketing environment is preferred.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
