We’re looking for someone who understands attention.

Someone who knows:

• where the hook should hit

• when a zoom makes sense

• why retention drops after 3 seconds

• and how to make people stop scrolling

At Tikz Media, we create content for brands that want views, engagement, and actual business growth.

Now we’re looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into content people want to watch till the end.

What You’ll Edit:

1.     Reels & Shorts

2.     Podcasts

3.     Long-Form YouTube Videos

4.     Social Media Content

5.     High-Retention Short Form Videos

You’ll Fit Right In If:

• Your algorithm is full of editing inspiration

• You notice pacing, hooks, and transitions while watching content

• You can make boring footage feel interesting

• You understand internet culture & trends

• You know how to edit for retention, not just aesthetics

Tools We Expect You To Know:

Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects

(Clean edits > fancy software)

Bonus Points If:

• You’ve edited creators or podcast content

• You understand meme timing

• You can create edits that feel native to Instagram & YouTube

• You’re obsessed with making content better every single time

This is not a “just edit videos” role.

You’ll be part of the creative process from idea to execution.
