Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and deliver long form YouTube videos (12-15 min) on a daily cadence.
• Build engaging visual layers — motion graphics, text animations, overlays, screen recordings — on top of talking head footage.
• Structure edits for maximum retention: strong hooks, pattern interrupts, pacing that keeps viewers watching.
• Colour grade, audio mix, and polish every video to a consistent quality standard.
• Collaborate with the Script Writer / Creative Director on visual storytelling direction.
• Implement feedback quickly and iterate without ego.
• Maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across all long form content.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong portfolio of long form YouTube edits (education, tech, or creator content preferred)
• Expert-level Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong motion graphics skills — text animations, overlays, transitions
• Understanding of YouTube retention mechanics and how editing drives watch time
• Clean audio editing and colour grading ability
• Can work at pace — daily output without quality dips
