About the Role We're looking for a creative and adaptable Video Editor to join our growing team. You'll produce compelling video content that reflects our brand vision - fast, polished, and built for the AI era. Experience with AI-assisted workflows is a plus, but a strong eye for storytelling is what matters most.

What You'll Work On

• Short-form social content optimized for reach and engagement
• Ad creatives for paid channels (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Platform-native edits across multiple distribution surfaces

Requirements

• Portfolio required
• Comfort with modern editing tools
• Interest in AI-powered creative workflows
• Strong async communication

Formal experience matters less than demonstrated output and growth mindset.
