Partners Advertising Private Limited is inviting applications from interested and qualified candidates for the position of Senior Video Editor to support video production, editing and motion-based visual storytelling across digital platforms, with preference for experience in political and governance-related communication projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Editing video content based on approved scripts, briefs, and creative direction

● Creating motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video communication

● Producing short-form and long-form video content suitable for digital and social media platforms

● Collaborating closely with creative, content, and production teams for effective execution

● Ensuring videos are visually accurate, contextually appropriate, and aligned with communication objectives

● Managing raw footage, graphics, and audio assets efficiently

● Incorporating feedback, revisions, and updates in a timely manner

● Ensuring consistency in visual style, pacing, and output quality

● Optimizing videos for different platforms, formats, and resolutions

● Maintaining proper file management and archival of video assets

● Staying updated with latest video editing tools, motion trends, and digital formats

Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Animation or related field

● Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in video editing and motion graphics

● Prior experience working on political or government-related projects is preferred

● Working knowledge or understanding of Punjabi language to support culturally aligned design execution

● Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related software

● Good understanding of motion design, typography animation, and visual storytelling

● Working knowledge of digital and social media video requirements

● Ability to interpret briefs and convert them into compelling video outputs

● Strong attention to detail, timing, and visual quality

● Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines

● Good communication and coordination skills
