Role Description The Video Editor role at Nextep Solution is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into polished content for websites, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include cutting and assembling clips, adding transitions, syncing audio, applying color grading, and incorporating motion graphics and visual elements. The role involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and project managers to align video content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The Video Editor will also manage file organization, maintain project timelines, and optimize videos for various digital channels and formats.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for digital and marketing-focused content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and professional-quality output.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and visual engagement.
• Knowledge of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
• Ability to work on-site in Dehradun and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is an advantage.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous video editing and motion graphics work.
