Video Editor

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Young Video Editor & YouTube Growth Manager to build and scale the Ladli Foundation, and manage multiple YouTube channels focused on social impact, leadership, education, entrepreneurship, international collaborations, public speaking, and inspiring life stories.

This is not a traditional video editing job. We are looking for someone who understands how YouTube works, knows how to create content that people actually watch, and can consistently grow a channel through creativity, storytelling, analytics, and optimization.

• Develop a monthly YouTube content strategy aligned with audience interests and current trends.
• Research viral topics, search trends, and competitor channels.
• Convert speeches, interviews, events, podcasts, travel, CSR initiatives, and social impact stories into compelling YouTube content.
• Plan long-form videos, Shorts, documentaries, podcasts, and educational content.

• Edit high-quality YouTube videos with strong storytelling and audience retention.
• Create engaging hooks within the first 30 seconds.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, animations, sound effects, music, B-roll, and visual storytelling elements.
• Produce YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, and LinkedIn video content from long-form footage.
• Maintain premium visual quality across all content.

• Upload and publish videos professionally.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, playlists, and end screens.
• Create and manage content calendars.
• Organize playlists and improve overall channel structure.
• Manage YouTube Community posts and audience engagement.

• Design high click-through-rate (CTR) thumbnails.
• Continuously test and improve thumbnail performance.
• Understand visual psychology that increases clicks without using misleading content.

• Implement YouTube SEO best practices.
• Improve Watch Time, Audience Retention, CTR, Subscriber Growth, and Overall Reach.
• Monitor analytics and recommend improvements.
• Perform A/B testing of titles and thumbnails.
• Stay updated with the latest YouTube algorithm changes and best practices.

• Plan and manage professional YouTube live streams.
• Handle multi-camera setups where required.
• Ensure seamless streaming quality and audience interaction.

• Use AI tools to improve productivity and content quality.
• Create efficient workflows for editing, captions, transcription, clipping, translations, and repurposing content.

• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
• Adobe After Effects (preferred)
• Photoshop or Canva for thumbnail creation
• Motion graphics and animation
• Color grading and sound design
• YouTube SEO
• YouTube Analytics
• Audience retention optimization
• Storytelling and script structuring
• Livestream setup and management
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Descript, OpusClip, ElevenLabs, Canva AI, Midjourney, or equivalent

• 3+ years of professional YouTube content creation and editing.
• Proven experience growing one or more YouTube channels organically.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-retention YouTube videos.
• Experience managing channels with 100K+ subscribers is preferred.
• Experience working with founders, entrepreneurs, public figures, NGOs, educational organizations, or creators is a plus.
