About the Company

We are hiring for a fast-growing D2C Beauty & Personal Care brand that is scaling aggressively across Meta & social platforms. The brand is performance-driven and content-heavy.


About the Role

We are looking for a creative Video Editor who understands both virality and conversions.


Responsibilities

  • Edit high-performing short-form content (Reels, Shorts, UGC, Product Videos)
  • Create Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creatives focused on performance
  • Add hooks, captions, text overlays, transitions & sound design
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5)
  • Collaborate with marketing & performance teams
  • Stay updated with social trends & viral formats
  • Optimize creatives for engagement & ad performance


Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of professional video editing experience

Required Skills

  • Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects / CapCut
  • Proven experience in short-form & performance marketing creatives
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing & retention
  • Portfolio / Showreel link (Mandatory)


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with D2C brands (Beauty/Wellness preferred)
  • Exposure to Meta Ads creatives


Pay range and compensation package

Location: Pitampura Delhi

Experience: 3–4 Years
