The company is currently piloting in Delhi NCR with fashion, food, wellness, and lifestyle brands, working closely with local businesses to refine and scale its offering. Hubb focuses on sustainable growth for retailers without overreliance on heavy discounting or costly digital advertising.
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Video Editor role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Video Editor will plan, edit, and produce video content that showcases Hubb’s partner brands, customer stories, and product features across digital channels. Day-to-day work includes assembling raw footage, selecting shots, synchronizing audio, and applying transitions, effects, and graphics to create engaging, on-brand videos. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to interpret briefs, develop storyboards, and adapt content for different platforms and formats. The Video Editor will also optimize video assets for social media, maintain a consistent visual style, and manage versioning and file organization for efficient content workflows.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage, timelines, and audio integration.
  • Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of content.
  • Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and animated elements.
  • Hands-on expertise with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion tools (e.g., After Effects).
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver polished content within deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant video work.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid setup based in Gurugram, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant education in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
