Video Editor

We're Goela - a finance-education brand (Goela School of Finance) and a SEBI-registered advisory (Goela Financial Services). We make a lot of videos: short Reels and Shorts for social, plus longer YouTube videos, webinars, and course content with a following of more than 1M across our channels. We need an editor who can take raw footage and turn it into videos that hook people and keep them watching.

If you love editing and you can make a "boring" finance topic feel genuinely watchable, this is a seat where your work goes straight in front of a real, growing audience — not into a drawer.

What you'll do:

• Edit short-form videos — Reels and YouTube Shorts — with strong hooks, clean cuts, captions, and music.
• Edit long-form — YouTube videos, webinar recordings, and course content — that holds attention from start to finish.
• Repurpose long videos into short clips — turn one webinar into several Reels.
• Add captions, simple motion graphics, lower-thirds, and clean up the audio.
• Keep a consistent look and feel across everything, in line with our brand.
• Ship regularly — a steady flow of short-form and long-form every week.

You'll do well here if you:

• Know Premiere Pro and After Effects well (or similar — Final Cut, DaVinci) and can edit fast without dropping quality.
• Have an eye for pacing and hooks — you know what makes someone keep watching instead of scrolling.
• Can add clean captions, basic motion graphics, and good sound.
• Have a reel or portfolio you're proud of — this matters more to us than years of experience or a degree.
• Are reliable with deadlines and easy to give feedback to.

Experience with finance, education, or social-media content is a bonus, but we care most about your reel. Show us work you've actually done.

The setup:

• Location: Sector 92, Noida — full-time, in-office.
• Tools: mainly Premiere Pro and After Effects. We'll sort out the setup you need.
• Pay: ₹3.5–6 LPA, depending on your skill and the strength of your reel. Exceptional work? We'll stretch for the right person.

How we'll measure the role:

• On the work — how watchable your edits are, how consistently you ship, and how your videos help grow our audience.
