Job Overview

• We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor Executive who can produce engaging, high-quality video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, creativity, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to transform raw footage into compelling content that enhances brand engagement and supports marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging short-form content, promotional videos, advertisements, testimonials, course trailers, and educational videos.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, animations, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and perform color correction/grading.
• Utilize AI-powered editing tools for caption generation, voice enhancement, background removal, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to execute content strategies.
• Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms and audience engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging editing techniques.
• Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Organize and maintain video assets and project files efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Media, Mass Communication, Design, or related field preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in video editing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics.
• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-based editing tools and automation platforms.
• Good understanding of social media content formats and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in the EdTech, Media, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation industry.
• Passion for creating engaging educational and promotional video content.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
