Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video & Reels Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality video content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, corporate branding, and promotional activities. The candidate should have a strong understanding of current social media trends, storytelling techniques, and video editing software to create compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form videos and reels for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and X.
• Create engaging promotional videos showcasing the company's IT services, products, workplace culture, client success stories, and events.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, animations, captions, subtitles, visual effects, and sound effects to enhance video quality.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms by maintaining the appropriate aspect ratio, resolution, and duration.
• Maintain consistency with the company's branding guidelines, color schemes, typography, and messaging.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools such as Adobe Firefly, Google Veo, Runway, CapCut AI, or Descript is a plus.
• Understanding of motion graphics, color correction, audio synchronization, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of various video formats, codecs, frame rates, and export settings.
  
  

Additional Information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in video editing, preferably in an IT company, digital marketing agency, or creative studio.
• A strong portfolio showcasing social media videos, promotional content, and reels.
