We produce commercial campaigns, branded content, social ads, internal storytelling, documentaries, and original creative work. If you’re someone who loves shaping stories, thinking through every frame, and working with a team that cares deeply about craft and quality, this could be a great fit.

We’re looking for a skilled editor with 2–5 years of experience who can cut both short-form and long-form content with confidence, speed, and taste.

• 4.5 day work week

• Edit commercial, branded, and original content from rough cut to final delivery
• Shape story, pacing, rhythm, tone, and emotional impact
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and creatives to execute the vision
• Create content optimized for multiple platforms (social, digital, streaming, internal, broadcast)
• Organize footage, manage media, and maintain clean project workflows - data management of footage and use of NAS systems
• Handle revisions professionally and efficiently
• Help improve post-production systems and workflows as we grow
• Occasionally support shoots or production needs when helpful
• Be a team player— always look for ways to support the company values
• Ask a lot of questions. Be curious about how and why things are done the way they are done. Have a drive to challenge and improve processes

• 2–5 years professional editing experience
• Strong portfolio/reel showing storytelling instincts and technical execution
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of After Effects
• Strong sense of pacing, music, emotion, and audience attention
• Highly organized with strong organization and file management habits
• Able to manage deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs.

• Motion design / animation skills
• Audio mixing experience (Pro Tools a plus)
• Color correction / grading ability
• Production on-set experience
