Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bardez. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content for brand campaigns, social media, and marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent visual narrative that aligns with client brand strategies. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, assembling rough and final cuts, adding sound, graphics, and effects, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to refine concepts. The role also involves adapting content for multiple platforms, maintaining file management and backups, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Qualifications
  • Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
  • Ability to work with motion graphics and basic visual effects (e.g., Adobe After Effects or similar applications).
  • Understanding of sound design, audio editing, and mixing for video content.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital platforms, including best practices for video formats and durations.
  • Attention to detail in color correction, pacing, storytelling, and overall video quality.
  • Ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects, assets, and deadlines.
  • Relevant experience in brand, advertising, or digital content production; experience with small and medium business brands is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in film, media, communication, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
