Role Description The Video Editor is a full-time team member responsible for producing high-quality video content that supports client campaigns and brand strategies. This hybrid role is based in Bikaner, with flexibility for part of the work to be completed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw footage into polished videos, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements aligned with each brand’s identity. The Video Editor will collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing strategists to deliver engaging reels, product videos, and promotional content optimized for social media and paid ads. The role also includes organizing media assets, maintaining file and project structures, and ensuring timely delivery of video content that meets creative and performance goals.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience turning raw footage into cohesive, engaging narratives.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals suited for different platforms and brand styles.
• Ability to create Motion Graphics and integrate Graphics to enhance storytelling and support digital marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
• Understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for video content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively and align outputs with brand guidelines.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; prior agency or marketing experience is an advantage.
