Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Patna. The Video Editor will work closely with the creative and production teams to assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing video clips, adding transitions and effects, syncing audio, applying color correction and grading, and integrating motion graphics and basic visual design elements. The role also involves organizing media assets, maintaining consistent branding and visual style, and collaborating on storyboards and concepts. The Video Editor will be expected to meet project deadlines, respond to feedback constructively, and ensure all output aligns with BullSprints’ quality standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and social media formats.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality imagery.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and basic Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand messaging.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, export settings, and best practices for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Relevant experience in video editing or a portfolio showcasing completed projects; formal education in film, media, or a related field is a plus.
