Role Overview
Amity University is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging visual content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, student engagement initiatives, and institutional storytelling. The role involves transforming raw footage into compelling narratives aligned with the university’s brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Create short-form reels, promotional films, event coverage, and testimonial videos.
• Collaborate with videographers, content writers, and designers to deliver impactful visual storytelling.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video outputs.
• Add motion graphics, sound design, transitions, and subtitles where required.
• Maintain video archives and manage project timelines.
Skills & Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and editing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Experience
4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
Must have worked in universities
