We’re looking for a 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗜-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and modern editing. If you can blend AI tools, creativity, and performance marketing to create high-quality, scalable video content this role is for you.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 :

• Create AI-powered videos (avatars, voiceovers, scripts, visuals)
•  Convert text/blogs into engaging AI-generated videos
•  Edit videos for ads, social media & web (short + long form)
•  Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, CTAs
•  Optimize content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook & ads
•  Repurpose content into reels, shorts & ad creatives
•  Collaborate with marketing & content teams
• Thumbnail creation - Mandatory

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆)

• Experience with AI video/content tools and Thumbnail Creation

• Hands-on with: Synthesia, Pictory, HeyGen, Runway or similar

• AI voiceover & script-generation tools

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent

• Experience in performance/social media video editing

• Ability to work independently & meet deadlines

• AI avatars & talking-head videos

• Generative AI workflows (ChatGPT, prompt engineering, image-to-video)

• CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar

• Agency/performance marketing experience
