Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Video Editor & Marketing Intern who can create engaging short-form video ads and support e-commerce marketing operations. The role involves editing AI-generated and product videos, managing Instagram content, coordinating with influencers, and supporting digital marketing activities to improve conversions and brand visibility.

This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in D2C marketing, performance advertising, and social media growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Video Editing & Creative Production

• Create 25–35 second high-converting video ads for Meta and Instagram campaigns
• Edit product videos, reels, and promotional content using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva
• Add hooks, transitions, subtitles, voiceovers, and effects to improve engagement
• Optimize video format for Reels, Ads, and Social Media platforms
• Work on AI-generated videos and product creatives

Social Media & Influencer Coordination

• Coordinate with Instagram influencers for content and collaborations
• Manage and update the brand’s Instagram page
• Schedule and publish content regularly
• Monitor engagement and improve reach through creative content

Marketing & Performance Support

• Follow structured ad funnels and performance marketing strategies
• Support marketing campaigns and product promotions
• Track basic performance insights and improve content accordingly
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Prior experience in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools)
• Understanding of short-form video ads and storytelling
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Reels, and Meta ads content
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates based in Kolkata
• Interest in D2C, e-commerce, and digital marketing
• Basic understanding of performance marketing or ad funnels
• Portfolio of video editing or social media work
• Immediate joiners preferred
