Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Production: Develop 10–12 high-impact vertical videos daily for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta Ads.
• Direct Response Editing: Master the "1-second hook" to maximise viewer retention and stop the scroll.
• Performance Collaboration: Work closely with the Media Buying team to iterate on winning creative angles and drive conversions.
• Trend Analysis: Proactively identify and implement viral transitions, trending audio, and caption styles to keep our brands ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of CapCut and mobile-first editing suites.
• Marketing Intuition: Understanding the balance between "viral" content and "converting" ad creative.
• Efficiency: Ability to maintain high-quality output in a high-speed production environment.
• Location: Candidates must be based in or near Thane for daily on-site collaboration.
