We work with high-growth startups and brands, including our sister venture WeNext.ai, India’s leading WhatsApp commerce platform. This role will be embedded within the WeNext.ai content team, working on all video output for the brand.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Video Editor to produce polished, high-impact video content for WeNext.ai — including Reels, product demos, explainers, and ad creatives. You will work closely with the marketing and content team to bring raw footage to life with sharp editing and clean motion graphics.

What You'll Do

• Edit raw footage into compelling short-form and long-form videos for WeNext.ai
• Cut and produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product demos, and ad videos
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and color grading
• Work from briefs provided by the content and marketing team
• Maintain brand consistency across all WeNext.ai video output
• Manage raw assets, project files, and exports in an organized manner
• Deliver quick turnarounds without compromising on quality
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of hands-on video editing experience
• Strong portfolio of edited videos — Reels, ads, or explainers (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro
• Working knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics is a plus
• Good sense of pacing, timing, and visual storytelling
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bonus: experience editing SaaS, D2C, or startup content
