Role Overview:

We are looking for a Video Creator & Editor to join our team. This hybrid role involves shooting, editing, and creating engaging video content—especially reels—for our digital platforms. The role offers hands-on exposure to content creation, branding, and social media marketing in the education sector.

Freshers with strong skills and creativity are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot reels and videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Edit videos using professional editing tools with engaging transitions, captions, and effects
• Generate creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute video concepts
• Visit the office whenever required for shooting or coordination
• Maintain consistency in video quality and brand identity

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:

• No strict educational requirements
• Open to students, freshers, or graduates from any discipline

Technical Skills (Added Advantage):

Proficiency in video editing tools such as

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop (basic knowledge preferred)

• Understanding of reel formats, video pacing, and content hooks
• Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and audio handling is a plus

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
