Overview

This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who brings strong program governance, client leadership, digital orientation, and end-to-end transition ownership.
Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end Transition, Transformation and Digital programs for strategic accounts.
- Drive client-centric, value-led conversations with CXO / CXO-1 stakeholders to shape business outcomes.
- Own revenue, AOI impact, financial strategy, SLA adherence and benefit realization during transitions.
- Leverage global market insights to continuously innovate solutions and delivery models.
- Drive digital adoption from Day 1, ensuring intelligent operations and future-ready capabilities.
- Lead governance, risk management, compliance, reporting and stakeholder communication ensuring a “zero surprise” environment.
- Mentor and develop teams on next-generation transformation and transition capabilities.
- Contribute to hunting and mining pursuits, solutioning and client engagement strategies.
- Demonstrate strong thought leadership, executive presence, confidence and ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Strong Finance & Accounting (F&A) background with ownership of large transformation programs.
- Proven Program / PMO leadership experience.
- Experience leading multiple large transition programs end-to-end.
- Exposure to multi-functional transitions and change management.
- P&L ownership ($3M across multiple projects) preferred.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders in selling and shaping transformation solutions.

- Candidates may come from:
- Consulting background with F&A transformation and PMO leadership experience.
