Vice President Operations

We’re hiring a Vice President – Operations to lead the complete Enquiry-to-Execution value chain across integrated manufacturing operations.

What you’ll drive:

* End to end manufacturing and operational excellence

* Faster lead times and consistent on time delivery

* Standardisation and BOM driven manufacturing systems

* Lean manufacturing, throughput and productivity improvements

* Cost optimisation, quality improvement and reduced rework

* Cross functional alignment across Design, R&D, SCM, PPC, Manufacturing and Logistics

* Scalable processes that support future growth

Functions under your leadership:

PPC | Mechanical Design Coordination | SCM & Purchase | Stores & Inventory | Fabrication | Powder Coating | Assembly | Logistics & Dispatch | Maintenance & Infrastructure

We’re looking for leaders with experience in:

* Fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing

* Electrical panel or modular manufacturing industries

* Integrated manufacturing operations

* CNC fabrication processes, welding, coating and assembly operations

* Lean manufacturing, production planning and supply chain systems

* Operational leadership in high growth manufacturing environments

Experience required:

* 18–25 years in operational leadership roles

* BE/BTech in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering preferred

* MBA Operations is an advantage
