We are seeking a Vice President of Operations for a full-time, remote role. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee operational processes, manage profit and loss outcomes, and establish strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure project deliverables align with organizational goals, and maintain top-notch customer service standards. Regular tasks also involve monitoring business performance, optimizing resources, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management, demonstrating successful oversight of complex business processes and financial performance.
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Project Management to set goals and effectively execute business initiatives.
• Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in the cryptocurrency or technology industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
