Position: Vice President (Pre-Authorization Business)


Profile Description:

This role is a leadership position responsible for Transformation and Business Excellence functions for Revenue Optimization Services. The leader will focus on developing and driving Transformation Strategy through tangible results in line with the global strategy for ROS. The transformation will involve re-defining the operating model, strategic process interventions and the deep deployment of automation, GenAI and digital technologies. The role requires close collaboration with the operational leadership and customer partnership to improve alignment and achievement of customer delight and value realization from IKS services.


Key Responsibilities:

Process: Transformation:

● Design and deploy a transformation strategy and roadmap to bring an order of magnitude positive change in the ROS business

● Work closely with executive leadership to plan and realise new and scalable business opportunities, re-engineering the operating model where required

● Ensure that process transformation projects and initiatives are well designed, resourced, executed and measured to achieve intended results and in line with stakeholder expectations

● Deploy best practices from across the US Healthcare / BPM industries/Consulting while ensuring that innovation remains at the forefront.

Business Excellence:

• Develop and deploy solutions for business excellence through programs that leverages Kaizen and Six Sigma Black Belt and MBB Methodologies

• Ensure that the Process Excellence and Six Sigma teams are suitably equipped for standardization of Service Quality practices across the programs to drive measurable, repeatable and predictable operations.

People:

● Build a transformation culture across the ROS organisation through the growth of a team of process, digital and AI experts

● Build a team of current and future transformation people leaders to guide and inspire the organisation on its transformation journey

● Support and improve performance of team members through constant tracking, feedback and coaching especially in cases of Performance Improvement Plan scenarios.

● Ensure high engagement levels in the team through various ESAT initiatives

● Ensuring a Learning culture through training program coverage at all levels as per development plans for their account/department designed in the Career Architecture.


Client:

As part of the leadership team, work towards realising the organisation’s vision of solving the most complex healthcare problems.

Work with Operations and Quality closely to Ensure client experience is transformed towards client delight Present detailed insights to the client on a periodic basis Create implementable transformation plans for clients and work with client teams to ensure their execution.


Education & Experience:

• A minimum of 20 years of overall experience

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the US Healthcare KPO Industry with a preference for Revenue Cycle Management

• 10+ years in managing transformation, process excellence and process improvement functions (Must have)

• 5 years of strategic leadership experience with comfort in both the design and execution of transformation strategies

• Quality Certification - Six Sigma Master Black Belt/ Black Belt, Kaizen (Must have) • Post Graduate Degree in any discipline (Like to have)
