oseSoftTech is seeking an accomplished Business Leader to drive sales and business development of the combined software offerings of SoftTech and Autodesk to Government and Public sector customers across India. The role is central to converting the SoftTech–Autodesk alliance into a scaled, sustainable government business, and will require the incumbent to operate as the strategic and operational bridge between the two organisatio

  • entAct as the primary bridge between Autodesk and SoftTech for all government-sector business, ensuring close alignment of strategy, pipeline and execution between the two organisatio

  • entSell Autodesk licenses bundled with SoftTech’s Civit Platform based solutions to government organisations across India, including Urban Local Bodies, PWD departments, Smart City SPVs, Housing Boards, Development Authorities, PSUs and Central Government organizatio

em.4. Candidate Profile – Experience & Qualificati

  • onsTotal professional experience of 15+ years, with a minimum of 10 years in sales and business development specifically within the Government sect
  • or.Proven track record of selling to Government and Public sector entities in India (Urban Local Bodies, PWD, Smart City SPVs, Housing Boards, national/state agencies, etc.), including familiarity with government procurement, tendering (GeM, RFP/RFQ) and empanelment process
  • es.Experience in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations) vertical is desirable; exposure to CAD/BIM/GIS software ecosystems (Autodesk or equivalent) will be a strong advanta
  • ge.Demonstrated experience building and leading distributed sales teams across multiple geographies in Ind
  • ia.Strong track record of managing OEM/alliance partnerships and channel relationshi
