Vice President of Business Development

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The firm is hiring a Vice President for their investor relations team. The Vice President will report into the Partner who runs investor relations.

Job responsibilities include:

-Develop new Limited Partner relationships for existing and new products

-Organize and execute on significant business development plan including travel as a representative of the firm

-Help develop communication strategies to maximize and enhance engagement with Limited Partners

-Ensure investors are kept up to date and develop network through intro calls, conferences, and ad-hoc IR events

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Undergraduate degree

-Preference for candidates with an advanced degree

-At least 10 years of previous investor relations and fundraising experience at a private equity or venture capital firm

-Demonstrated track record of maintaining LP relationships and raising capital

-Exceptional communication skills

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
